Mediaspot Launches Campaign for Paramount Pictures' Video-on-Demand Release:
Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events
NEWPORT BEACH, CA (June 1, 2005) --- Mediaspot has planned and purchased a national media campaign for Paramount Pictures Television Group to promote their Video-on-Demand (VOD) release of Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events. The film was released in theaters last December and ranked 1st at the Box Office during its opening week, remaining in the Top 10 for five consecutive weeks. Mediaspot has also planned and purchased national media campaigns for other Paramount films recently released on VOD, including Mean Girls, Stepford Wives, Manchurian Candidate, Without A Paddle, Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow, Alfie, and The SpongeBob Squarepants Movie. The national media campaigns have included network cable, radio, promotions, and interactive/online elements.
